My play Box is coming to Dallas! After its world premiere run last summer with Penfold Theatre, my play-with-magic about the life and loves of Henry Box Brown gets its second staging at Undermain Theatre. I can’t wait to see what this team cooks up.
Katherine Owens/ Undermain Fund for New Work
In 2023 received the Katherine Owens/Undermain Fund for New Work! This award, established by Dallas’ Undermain Theatre provides funding for one emerging playwright per year, and creates a pathway toward a production of their work on the Undermain stage.
