‘Box’ Set for Dallas premiere

My play, Box is coming to Dallas! After its world premiere run last summer with Penfold Theatre, my play-with-magic about the life and loves of Henry Box Brown gets its second staging at Undermain Theatre. I can’t wait to see what this team cooks up.

Last year, I was awarded the Katherine Owens/Undermain Fund for New Work. This award provides funding for one emerging playwright per year, and creates a pathway toward a production of their work on the Undermain stage.
